The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; dents, broken, packaging torn, etc. Damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The buyer is responsible for carefully protecting the goods/services after delivery. In any case, the buyer will check the products within 2 (two) business days and notify the seller if any defects are found. The buyer is obliged to send the goods/services to the seller within 5 (five) business days, provided that they have been delivered to him. In this case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. - In sales made over the Internet, the Buyer cannot sell at a price lower than the sales prices made on the seller's website or www.rivustoptan.com internet portal or otherwise. If the buyer violates this rule, he accepts and undertakes to pay a penalty of 2 times the retail sales price for each product.
